Wind chimes started as a way to enjoy the shells Martha brought back from the beach — not in a jar on the table, but out where the wind could play with them. Now that she’s retired, it’s more than a hobby. It’s her way to chill out and hold onto the feeling the beach brings, even when the closest one is four hours away.
These chimes aren’t mass-produced. Each one is created on a whim from shells found on the sand or sourced to keep up with the volume. For easy shopping, they’re grouped into a few collections — Simply Shells, I Wood Like These, and What Would Jimmy Buffett Do — with Little Tides drifting in soon.
Once a chime sells, it stays on the site as inspiration — no two are ever the same. Personalized pieces are offered in the Little Tides collection, where you choose the animal and the words for the back side.

Yes — each chime is made by hand from shells I've found on the beach or sourced myself. No two are exactly the same, and once one is sold, it stays on the site as inspiration for a custom order.
Right now personalized orders are offered in the Little Tides collection only — you choose the animal and tell me what to put on the back side. More custom options are planned down the road.
Every chime is sealed to withstand the outdoor elements. They'll last longest under a covered porch, especially the pieces with painted or framed artwork.
So you can see the range of what I've made. Each chime is its own moment and never repeats exactly, but the sold pieces show you what's possible.
